To reduce any risk of having your factory fresh mattress come into contact with any contaminants such as bed bugs, dust mites, mould, pet hair or unexpected odours such as smoke we do not remove old mattresses or foundations.
Our delivery team can move your old mattress and foundation to the curb while delivering your new mattress.

Care for Your Mattress
While all Simmons mattresses are NON-FLIP, it is recommended that you regularly rotate your mattress from end to end. This helps even out the wear on your mattress. (Ask a sales associate for extra tips on King size mattresses) Slight impressions (body compression) in the comfort layer of a quality mattress (1 1/2″ or less in all sleeping areas) are quite normal, especially in a pillow top or comfort top model. They do not alter the support or comfort you will experience with your new Simmons mattress.
The warranty will become void if the mattress is soiled or stained in any way. We recommend buying a quality mattress pad to avoid this. Our mattress pads come with a 10-year warranty that covers both the pad and the mattress against stains when purchased with the mattress.
The warranty will also become void if the set is not supported properly. A Double, Queen and King set need to have a frame with centre support with at least one leg or appropriate platform/furniture with proper support. Please check with your sales associate if unsure. Please see your warranty leaflet for more details on your factory warranty.
Removal of any labels or tags from your set will result in your warranty becoming
void.
